Join us for Brighten Up Blue Monday, a morning dedicated to honest conversations about mental wellness and creating healthier workplaces. This year’s theme, “Live Beyond Existing. Prioritize Your Wellness”, invites us to move beyond simply getting through the day and to focus instead on living fully - with purpose, balance, and self-compassion, and effectively managing stress and burnout. 

Event Details:
The event will feature an inspiring keynote presentation from Allan Kehler - Mental Health Advocate, Keynote Speaker, Author, and Coach. With an honest and authentic approach, Allan will share powerful stories and tools for maintaining mental wellness in life and business. 

Alongside Allan’s message, attendees will experience meaningful dialogue with local business leaders as they share honest perspectives on mental health in the workplace. 

Attendees will also be able to browse the Mental Wellness Fair, where local organizations and wellness providers will offer information, resources, and strategies to help you care for yourself and your team.

We hope you join us to learn, connect, and start the year on a brighter note - because thriving in business starts with taking care of the person behind it!
