Join Us for the 2025 Annual General Meeting & Business Awards!
We are excited to invite you to an evening dedicated to celebrating Clarington’s business community. This annual event brings together business leaders, community stakeholders, and partners to reflect on our achievements and look ahead to the future.
The evening begins at 4:00 PM with our official business meeting, where CBOT members will vote and witness the swearing-in of new board members. Your vote is important, and we ask that 1 representative from your business attends and participates in this portion of the event.
Following the business portion, we will hold a dinner and awards ceremony from 5:00-8:00PM.
We hope to see you come out and be part of celebrating YOUR community.

Event Timeline:
The business portion of the evening for CBOT members (ie. voting & swearing-in of new CBOT Board Members)
This will be held downstairs in the event centre. We ask that one representative from each business to attend and cast their vote in order to meet quorum — your vote counts!
