Andrea Fernandes has more than 20 years’ experience in finance and accounting. During her years working for major multi-national corporations and most recently in private practice, Andrea has focused on continuous improvement initiatives, looking to optimize efficiencies and find innovative ways to bring greater value to clients.

Andrea’s past experiences make her the perfect fit for leading Baker Tilly KDN’s (BT KDN) Small Business Services team. Joining the firm in 2022 as senior vice president, small business services, she leads a team of dedicated accounting technicians and financial experts, who provide bookkeeping services and CFO advisory services to clients in a wide range of industries. She also champions the firm’s Baker Tilly Advantage initiative and collaborates with teams across the Baker Tilly Canada network to further develop the program, putting a focus on cloud technology, financial expertise and industry insight.
